And when it is summer you can’t miss a day when you haven’t sip something cold or have a freezing drink in hand. What are your thoughts on this? Staying hydrated is one of the essential factors that could keep you going in this sunny season and could maintain good health. So, why not make some replenishing summer mocktails for the coming eve? 5 Refreshing Welcome Mocktail Recipes That Won’t Disappoint Your Guests This Season

1. Mango Lemon Margarita Mocktail

Mango Lemon Margarita Mocktail
  • Ingredients Required
  • 5-6 tbsp of fresh mango puree
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 500ml sparkling water/ soda water/fizzy water
  • Ice cubes
  • 2-3 tbsp simple syrup ( mix of water and sugar that is heated to dissolve the sugar)

Method to Make Mango Lemon Margarita Mocktail

  1. Blend mango puree, syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Do not over-stir.
  2. Rub the lemon wedge along the rim of the glass and then turn it upside down in sugar. 
  3. Add a few ice cubes in the glass and pour the mix into it. 
  4. Garnish it with left mango puree and mint leaves. Serve it immediately.

2. Kiwi Mojito Mocktail

  • Ingredients Required
  • 2-3 chopped kiwis
  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves (as required)
  • Black pepper(optional)

Method to Make Kiwi Mojito Mocktail

  1. Cut the lemon into half. Now in a jar, muddle the chopped kiwis, mint leaves, and lemon to release their flavors.
  2. Transfer this crushed mix into a jug, and add honey, ice cubes, and sparkling water (Add black pepper to enhance the flavor).
  3. Mix it well and garnish the drink with more kiwi slice.

 3. Orange Mint Mocktail

Orange Mint Mocktail
  • Ingredients Required
  • 3 cups of orange juice (you can also take orange pulp)
  • Soda water
  • Water ( as required)
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • Ice cubes (as required)
  • 1 cup of soda water


Method to Make Orange Mint Mocktail

  1. Stir the ingredients in a bowl till the sugar dissolves. 
  2. Garnish the mix with orange slices, ice cubes, and mint leaves.
  3. Just before you serve this mocktail top it with soda.
  4. To taste it better, prepare the mix (without soda) in advance so that orange and mint could release their flavors.

 4. Fruity Mocktail

  • Ingredients Required
  • Grapes
  • Orange juice
  • Soda water
  • Grenadine (non – alcoholic bar syrup)
  • Blueberries

Method to Make Fruity Mocktail

  1. Crush the berries and grapes in a jar. Pour the orange juice, grenadine, and stir it well. 
  2. Before you serve the drink, add soda water. You can add ice cubes in a glass to make it more chilled.

5. Pineapple and Lemon Mocktail

  • Ingredients Required
  • Honey (optional)
  • 1tbsp lime juice
  • Pineapple juice
  • Coriander leaves
  • Edible Gold glitter (optional)
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

Method to Make Pineapple and Lemon Mocktail

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add coriander leaves and ice. Blend them well.
  2. Pour the mix into a jar. Now add pineapple and lime juice. Stir the mix well.
  3. Before you serve the drink, add soda water.
  4. If you have edible gold glitter and honey, then use them to decorate the sides of the glass. With the help of a brush, paint honey on the sides and then sprinkle gold over it.
